Portugal - Statistics on house prices at local level

Recently the Portuguese National Statistical Institute had released the 2018, fourth quarter, statistics on house prices at local level. Full official information can be seen here.

Lisboa, and Algarve are the regions with the highest price per square meter, in the country. Porto (+23.3%) and Lisboa (+23.5%) scored the highest growth on price, compared with the previous last 12 months.
